Eduphoria

A modular school management platform

THE CHALLENGE

Schools here run on paper registers and disconnected spreadsheets, and the software on offer rarely fits: imported systems do not understand Nepali grading or IEMIS reporting, and local tools usually cover a single slice — fees, or attendance, but not the institution. No two schools work the same way either, so a fixed feature set fits nobody exactly.

THE SOLUTION

Eduphoria is built as modules a school switches on. A super-admin decides which parts of the platform a given institution sees, so a small school and a college can run the same system without either carrying the other's complexity. Staff work in the web app; teachers, parents and students get a mobile app that keeps working offline and syncs queued writes when the connection returns. Every school's data is isolated by row-level security in the database itself, not just hidden in the interface.

KEY FEATURES

What It Does

Around twenty provisionable roles — from teacher and accountant to nurse, warden, invigilator and driver

Full finance suite: fee structures, invoices, payments, expenses, payroll, journal, ledger and budgets

Examination spine with grade sheets, admit cards and result publication, rendered server-side as PDFs

Smart timetable with conflict prevention and a substitution engine

Attendance from daily registers, GPS punch-in and RFID readers, feeding one record

IEMIS government reporting, including Flash I and Flash II returns

Offline-first mobile app with queued writes, sync centre and QR-code login

Campus life modules: bus tracking, canteen, library, hostel, and health and infirmary

DESIGNED OUTCOME

Shipped and running: the web platform is live at eduphoria-app.com and the companion app is published on Google Play. Built so an institution can retire the spreadsheets entirely rather than add another tool beside them — one record per student, shared by the office, the staff room and the parent's phone, and reportable straight into the government's IEMIS format.
